You cannot get lost in a labyrinth unlike a maze , there is only one way in and one way out . The labyrinth represents a journey within , much like hypnosis. It’s the path to the subconscious mind and the knowledge we hold that we can look to acquire or access. The Labyrinth is a journey into one’s inner world. Recently in workshops I’ve done I have used the labyrinth paired with binaural frequencies over headphones, which allows the mind to enter directly into the theta brainwave frequency, which is sought to induce the hypnotic state ! Before entering the Labyrinth, it is practice to ask yourself a question. Any question you want about your life or your path, or something else that you wish to know, and then close your eyes and trace the path of the labyrinth into the centre, it is then said that upon reaching the centre And during the journey and you will acquire all the information and knowledge needed to find the answer to your question and at the centre you can reflect on the journey and receive all of your insight. These messages may come to you in many forms or the thought your may be to hasty or perhaps rushing things or perhaps you feel lost on the journey or that it’s taking to long , or impatience ?! These subtle observations are a reflection of your state of being and hold the answers you seek ! And then as you return from the center of the labyrinth the message will become clearer as you head back from your subconscious with the gifts you have Entered to find, and after this journey, more reflection and insight will be received and interpreted from the journey ! It’s an incredibly powerful, spiritual tool And everyone this used it, despite some being hesitant and others being very eager to try have all received a message and a powerful experience .
